Born and raised in Reading, PA, I began my fitness journey during the COVID pandemic. Like many people, I gained a lot of weight and struggled with unhealthy habits and a lack of movement. Everything changed when I found out I was going to be a father — that moment became my turning point and pushed me to take control of my health and lifestyle.

Now, at 31 years old, I train because I understand what it’s like to feel stuck and unhealthy. I’ve been there — and I’ve worked hard to overcome it. My mission is to inspire and guide others who are ready to make the same change in their lives.

When you train with me, you can expect accountability, practical nutrition advice, genuine feedback, and consistent support every step of the way. My goal is to help you become the healthiest, strongest version of yourself — inside and out.
